When emailing a cellphone in Japan on my laptop, the receiver cannot read the email. Please, any help?
This problem did not happen on my Desktop computer. I just dont understand. My friend, the RECEIVER, only gets a notice that an email has been sent, but cannot read the Roman script. If email is sent on my desktop though, her cellphone reads the script just fine.

Have you tried changing the "encoding" under the "view" menu? There should be about 3 options for displaying Japanese. Try to change the encoding. One of them is likely to read it correctly
